A relaxation massage which improves circulation, using long flowing strokes to ease muscle tension with light to medium pressure.

Deep Tissue

Deep pressure combined with specific techniques such as trigger point therapy and myofascial release to help with chronic pain, injuries and athletic performance.

Integrative Massage

Utilizing Swedish & Deep Tissue techniques, and customizing for your particular needs.  Massage helps to improve circulation, works out knots, muscle aches, improves range of motion and joint stiffness.  Can alleviate headaches, numbness and tingling in hands & fingers, low back pain, tight neck & shoulders.  Improves mood & promotes deep relaxation.

Prenatal Massage

Promotes relaxation for mom and baby.

Lymphatic Massage
